Causeway GP Federation are delighted to host the first of a series of public talks focusing on practical ways to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Join play therapist and parenting coach Eileen Russell as she discusses the importance of child-led play for children’s development and mental health. Eileen is passionate about helping children and families hold hard things. Her parenting course, Parenting the Playful way, empowers parents to take their skills to the next level whilst holding onto boundaries and emotionally attuning to the needs of children.
